Editor: Decide with Clarity ("Editor", "the app") is a thinking system that helps you clarify ideas, make decisions, and take action. By using Editor, you agree to these terms.

What Editor Does

Editor provides:

• Structured thinking sessions with AI-generated analysis
• Artifacts (checklists, plans, summaries, decision briefs)
• Optional integrations with third-party services (e.g., Notion)

Your Responsibilities

When using Editor, you agree to:

• use the app for lawful purposes only
• not attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or misuse the service
• not submit content that violates others' rights

AI-Generated Content

Editor uses AI to generate responses. These outputs are:

• suggestions, not professional advice
• not guaranteed to be accurate or complete
• your responsibility to evaluate before acting on

We do not replace legal, financial, medical, or other professional guidance.

Subscriptions

Editor offers:

• Free tier: limited sessions per month, basic features
• Unlimited tier: unlimited sessions, all coaches, all modes, memory

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store and RevenueCat. Billing, renewals, and refunds follow Apple's policies.

Third-Party Integrations

Editor may connect to third-party services like Notion. When you authorize an integration:

• you grant Editor permission to send data to that service
• the third-party service's terms and privacy policy apply

You can disconnect integrations at any time in Settings.

Intellectual Property

• Editor and its design, code, and content are owned by us
• Content you create (sessions, artifacts) remains yours
• You grant us a license to process your content to provide the service

Disclaimers

Editor is provided "as is." We do not guarantee:

• uninterrupted or error-free service
• accuracy or suitability of AI responses
• availability of third-party integrations

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• loss of data or profits
• decisions made based on AI-generated content

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
